That means, in the event we are prosecuted for the content on this web site, we could defend ourselves by saying that we provided a warning to people about to enter the site.
Something we are not really averse to. I mean there's nothing wrong with providing a bit of choice.

But under the Communications Decency Act's "annoy" provision - one that makes it a felony to transmit anything "indecent" with an "intent to annoy" - we don't even have this safe harbor defense as an option.
